It's a Forest Service-developed beach built for families (picnic tables, benches, paved path to the sand), but it's open reservoir water on Trinity Lake's Stuart Fork Arm, not an enclosed shallow pool. Official season is May 20 through September 12, but the Forest Service notes the swim area can become dry and unusable when Trinity Lake's water level drops later in the season.
